Assembly Instructions

Tools Required: 1/2" Wrench and Pliers

⚠️ Important: Do NOT tighten any bolts until ALL bolts are in place.

Assembly Steps

1. Slide Links onto Axles
2. Bolt Upper Frame to Lower Frame
   Make sure all carriage bolt square heads align with the square holes in the axles.
3. Bolt Links to Upper Frame
4. Install Arm
5. Bolt in Handle
6. Install Wheels with Cotter Pins
   Use the cotter pins provided. Wrap each cotter pin around the axle to secure the wheel.
7. Install End Plugs
   Press plugs into all lower frame ends and handle ends if not already installed.

✔ Now that all bolts are in place, tighten everything securely with your 1/2" wrench and pliers.

Using Your Bucket Lugger

Tip: When raising or lowering a load, place your foot on the rear frame first for stability.
